Gifts by the door

Letter carriers and package delivery folks are quick and in a hurry these days before Christmas. This year, I decided I would keep their treats right by the door. So far I’ve been able to catch all but one UPS person.
Just a few gifts by the door, ready to bless.
—Have a holly, jolly Christmas? Sure! Fill these bags with Jolly Ranchers candy. ($2.00 for a package of 20 bags at Walmart)

…And tie it up with a festive tag…

The children and I used the fancy scissors and scrapbook paper. Hodgepodgedad also gave these to his coworkers.

About Hodgepodgemom

Tricia faces a daily dose of chaos homeschooling five children – preschoolers to high schoolers. The biggest lesson she’s learned? At the end of the day – when the dishes are put away and the children are tucked in bed – truly what matters is each child’s relationship with the Lord. Raising children is a God-given privilege and, folks, the time is short.
