Chocolate-Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

I’ve seen this all over Pinterest lately but Nana was making these years ago! And her recipe calls for chocolate chips!

Two ingredients. (Three if you add chocolate chips). Egg free for Lil’ Buddy.

Can surely count as Cooking Fun! It’s great to keep these ingredients in the Cook Box.

: Chocolate Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Muffins

  1. 1 box chocolate cake mix
  2. 1 29 (1 lb) oz can of pumpkin
  3. 1 cup chocolate chips (optional but highly recommended)

  1. Mix together and bake according to cake box instructions for cupcakes.

Preparation time: 5 minute(s)

Number of servings (yield): 12

About Hodgepodgemom

Tricia faces a daily dose of chaos homeschooling five children – preschoolers to high schoolers. The biggest lesson she’s learned? At the end of the day – when the dishes are put away and the children are tucked in bed – truly what matters is each child’s relationship with the Lord. Raising children is a God-given privilege and, folks, the time is short.

  3. Made these and boy, are they rich! Miss Priss and I adored them (with chocolate chips, of course!), but Tiny Girl prefers another pumpkin muffin recipe that I make all year round. I’ll be blogging about it (and I’d love to inlude a link to your chocolate pumpkin muffins recipe, too!) today. Thanks, Tricia!
