Fast Food for Slow Sundays: Cream Cheese Chicken Spaghetti

“Can we have chicken packets?” Sure! I said. Until I realized we didn’t have the crescent rolls called for in our favorite, easy recipe. Hmmm. How about the chicken and cream cheese mixture over spaghetti noodles? I was skeptical. But at supper I heard,”Can we have chicken packet spaghetti every week?”

Great for left over Slow Cooker Barbecue Chicken. Great to mix up the day before. You can even plan ahead and double your noodles on spaghetti night in anticipation of Cream Cheese Chicken Spaghetti.

: Cream Cheese Chicken Spaghetti

  1. cooked spaghetti noodles (amount for your family)
  2. cooked, chopped chicken (not much is necessary – about 1-2 cups)
  3. 3 to 8 oz of cream cheese (depending on the amount of noodles and chicken)
  4. about 2 T milk
  5. salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  2. Mix chopped chicken, cream cheese, milk, salt & pepper together.
  3. Warm chicken mixture in microwave (if using leftover chicken or pulling cooked chicken from freezer).
  4. Serve over spaghetti noodles.

About Hodgepodgemom

Tricia faces a daily dose of chaos homeschooling five children – preschoolers to high schoolers. The biggest lesson she’s learned? At the end of the day – when the dishes are put away and the children are tucked in bed – truly what matters is each child’s relationship with the Lord. Raising children is a God-given privilege and, folks, the time is short.
