Serve with chips!

Every bit as good as queso. And if you decide to only use half of the Velveeta for your dip, you just may have enough left to make some very special grilled cheese sandwiches.

About Hodgepodgemom

Tricia faces a daily dose of chaos homeschooling five children – preschoolers to high schoolers. The biggest lesson she’s learned? At the end of the day – when the dishes are put away and the children are tucked in bed – truly what matters is each child’s relationship with the Lord. Raising children is a God-given privilege and, folks, the time is short.

  1. Sounds good. I make a dip, I call it a mexican dip. I use (an off brand of Velveeta Cheese from a jar), I melt the cheese, mix in salsa, and add in cooked Taco seasoned ground meat (beef, or turkey). I always think it’s better the longer it simmers.

  2. This is one of my favorites!! Thanks for reminding me of it, because I haven’t made it in quite some time!
