About Hodgepodgemom

Tricia faces a daily dose of chaos homeschooling five children – preschoolers to high schoolers. The biggest lesson she’s learned? At the end of the day – when the dishes are put away and the children are tucked in bed – truly what matters is each child’s relationship with the Lord. Raising children is a God-given privilege and, folks, the time is short.

  1. Yum! Some of our go-to meals are goulash (so simple and yummy), eggs and pancakes for supper, and quesadillas.

  2. The macaroni and cheese sandwich looks absolutely wonderful! But since I’m gluten free, I’ll just drool over it. :) My new favorite go to meal is from Pinterest. Only 4 ingredients. Chicken (I use canned), pasta, mixed frozen veggies, and Italian dressing. http://lynneasrecipes.blogspot.com/2013/05/four-ingredient-dinner.html
