Yam casserole In honor of this wonderful Thanksgiving season, I thought I would share my favorite yam casserole recipe. 3 cups cooked, mashed yams or 2 cans. 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 stick butter melted,1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 teaspoon salt.
