About Hodgepodgemom

Tricia faces a daily dose of chaos homeschooling five children. The biggest lesson she’s learned? At the end of the day – when the dishes are put away and the children are tucked in bed – truly what matters is each child’s relationship with the Lord. Raising children is a God-given privilege and, folks, the time is short.

Simple Supper: Manwich, Mac & Salad
Cooking Fun: Two Ingredient Lemon Bars

That is very exciting. Congratulations Nana!

Tricia, I mada a gluten-free version of your mac and cheese for lunch after church and it was a huge hit with my family.

Alea, thanks! And I love hearing you enjoyed a gluten free version of the mac & cheese! We went through a gluten free stage for a few years when my Middle Girl had a sensitivity. It’s wonderful to be able to enjoy the regular that everyone else enjoys – like mac & cheese! – with gluten free noodles. We grew to love Tikiyada products and Pamela’s mixes 🙂
