I’ve talked about them a lot. Even given them as gifts. But it’s been a while since I shared the steps to goodness. Now, I will tell you up front that this, our favorite cookie recipe, is not published online anymore for free. But…Bread Beckers Ranger cookies are similar.
Plus, they are a time investment. So, when I make them, I double them. I freeze them as cookie dough balls. So then, I can make them whenever. And when the children ask, I can say yes. And, so that someone won’t sneak and eat the cookie dough from the fridge 🙂
Egg substitute for four eggs (since the recipe is doubled) and because Lil’ Buddy loves these.
We use the Bread Beckers recipe, Oatmeal Flax Cookies. However, Ranger Cookies are very similar. Just throw in some ground flax seed. And double it. Roll up the cookie dough balls so you can pull out some for anytime. (Or you can buy the Bread Becker recipe book for $6).
