Microwave SunButter® Fudge

We needed a SunButter treat. So my Mama and I looked at the SunButter site. We picked SunButter Fudge because we had all the ingredients. And guess what? We decided to make it in the microwave!! The recipe said to make it in a sauce pan.

Here’s what we did:
It was really easy!
Mama helped with the stirring and pouring.

: Microwave SunButter Fudge

: Yummy Snack!

  1. 3/4 cup butter
  2. 1 cup SunButter
  3. 2 cups powdered sugar
  1. Microwave butter in a microwave safe mixing bowl.
  2. We melted it by microwaving for 25 seconds, 4 times.
  3. Mix in the SunButter.
  4. Next, add the powdered sugar – 1/2 cup at a time.
  5. Spread in an 8×11 pan.
  6. Put it in the fridge until it hardens.
  7. Cut and enjoy!

Preparation time: 15 min.

Cooking time: 25 sec x 4

Number of servings (yield): 8

Hi, Middle Girl! Your fudge looks delicious. 🙂 I think I’ll try it with my littlest girl. She’s allergic to peanuts… but we just stocked up on some SunButter. If she likes the fudge I may have to start buying the big tubs instead of small jars!

    Thanks for sharing!
