For any time of year! : Nana’s Sweet Potato Pie Sweet potatoes (either 5 or 6 medium baked sweet potatoes or a medium-sized can (about 16 to 20 oz.) 1 can sweetened condensed milk Pumpkin pie spices (go heavy on the cinnamon) to taste 3 T. melted butter 2 eggs, beaten Mash up the potatoes. Add the milk, spices, melted butter and eggs. Pour into deep-dish crust Cook at 400 degrees for about 35-40 minutes. (If it looks like too much filling, you can possibly make 2 pies…according to how large your baked sweet potatoes are.)
