Middle girl made Hodgepodgedad’s birthday cake all on her own. She picked out the boxed mix from the cook box, followed the directions. I was just there for supervision and help 🙂

- Lime Cake, pictured above
- Oatmeal, grits, cereal, cheese toast, cinnamon toast, fruit and grain bars
- From batch cooking sessions: whole wheat pancakes, muffins
- apples, microwave popcorn, Sunbutter crackers, Sunbutter with apple, our favorite Oatmeal Flax Cookie, chocolate milk, cheese slice
- Pizza Bites, nibble trays, Sunbutter sandwiches, quesadillas, tortilla wraps, mac and cheese, salad with avocado and apple, stromboli, Cheesy Pasta
- Forget It Chicken
- Pizza x 2
- Spaghetti x 2 (Jenny’s Pink Sauce one night), salad, homemade bread
- Slow Cooker Mac and Cheese, veggies, cornbread
- Breakfast for supper x 2: pancakes, turkey bacon one night. Hashbrown casserole, fruit, biscuits and gravy another.
- Slow Cooker Tilapia (a few filets left in the freezer) plus the rest of a bag of fish sticks
- Sandwiches with Homemade Bread
