My Lost Tooth by Littlest Girl

In her own words…

My little brother is a good brother because he helped me lose my first tooth. I was pretending to be a dog and putting a washcloth in my mouth. And he pulled it out of my mouth as hard as he could! That’s how my tooth got loose and started to bleed.

“He’s really a great brother!”

I tried eating an apple. It helped get my tooth more loose. Then I pulled it out. And I wasn’t scared to do it because the tooth fairy would come!

I put my tooth under my pillow!

Then I called Grandma and told her. She told me that gargling salt water would help it stop bleeding.

Then I called Nana and told her I pulled my tooth! “I have exciting news!” I said. “I lost my tooth!”

Then I needed to look in the mirror.

Then my sister read me a chapter of Toothless Wonder in her Junie B. Jones voice.

Then Daddy teased me about being the tooth fairy.

    Dear Littlest Girl…
What a big, big day for a little girl! I know that the Tooth Fairy has used that big tooth to put a new roof on her fairy house!

    Forever,
    Nana

What a sweet and well told story. You told everything in the right order and didn’t forget anything, did you? Thank you for telling us this lovely story. You must let us know what the tooth fairy leaves you!
